No.  We will take care of this for you and process any refunds by March 24, 2020. 

Yes you will be refunded for any pre-paid ticket fees by March 24, 2020. 
 
You don't need to do anything. Refunds will be processed via Eventbrite and will be credited to the bank account or card used for purchase, depending on your bank.  You will automatically receive an email notification from Eventbrite to inform you that you've received a refund.

Yes! You will need to contact the Waldorf Astoria or use the Manage Existing Reservation link on the housing site to cancel your reservation. 

Please note you must cancel your room within 7 days of your arrival date to avoid a penalty.
