A regular ticket costs €595 and includes two nights’ accommodation and all event activities, but not flights/travel.

It does. We will arrange a room at the nhow for the nights of the 21st and 22nd April 2020.

The ticket price is packaged in with accommodation, so we are sorry to say there are no rebates. However, the nhow is a great place to stay, so we strongly suggest you join us and make use of the fantastic facilities!
Certainly, though you will have to pay a supplement to cover a small extra room charge and breakfast. Your partner (ie any non ticket-holder) will not be able to join the conference or evening networking activities.

It is. The hotel has been designed to be fully wheelchair accessible.
If you have a specific dietary requirement/allergy, please let us know via your registration form when booking. If you have forgotten to do this, you can email the team at connect@basware.com, detailing your requirement/allergy and including both your booking name and booking reference number/code. It is vital that you arrange this in advance, since we may not be able to cater for dietary needs and allergies on site.

Yes, we will have photographers and a video crew on site. By attending the conference, we assume you are happy for us to use still or video images of yourself as part of a group. If you wish not to be photographed or video recorded, please let us know on arrival
